COMPRESSOR DIVISION ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently seeking a Compressor Division Administrator to join our TK Compressor team.

The successful candidate for this position will be an important and valued contributor to our Team. Our customers will depend on your ongoing commitment to their service needs, on your expertise and commitment to on time invoicing.  You will possess strong organizational skills, a positive team-focused attitude, exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to assist in managing multiple tech schedules at once, and the ability to work independently while providing consistent high-quality detailed work.

JOB SUMMARY

As the Compressor Division Administrator, you will provide outstanding service to customers across Alberta, by assisting our Compressor Division in their duties. Invoicing service work orders, service agreements, warranty repairs and installations.  Complete warranty paperwork to submit to suppliers.  Invoicing unit orders, placing compressed air equipment orders.  Working with shipping dept. in submitting freight claims.  Aiding in scheduling planned maintenance service & technician schedules.  Assist Parts Manager with parts orders.

This roll will also be the primary back up to our Service Coordinator and our Parts Manger, when away from the office.

This position is based in Edmonton, Alberta. Position is not eligible for relocation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Invoicing of our service work orders.
  • Invoicing of compressed air system installations.
  • Invoicing new compressor unit orders.
  • Complete warranty and freight damage claims.
  • Place complete compressor orders and work with Sales Team
  • Work with Service Coordinator to manage a team of field technicians.
  • Utilize business systems to support the Service Coordinator to schedule and organize all technical service work and repairs.
  • Effective communication with customers and coworkers via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity of customer service.
  • Review all work orders for accuracy prior to processing invoicing.
  • Work with Parts Manager as the backup support.
  • Active participation in Company safety initiatives.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Exceptional interpersonal management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, performing consistent, high-quality and detailed work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Diligently practice Safe Working Habits and follow company Safety Program.
  • An understanding of basic inventory, purchase order and invoicing systems.
  • Strong customer service and administrative experience are considered an asset.
  • Strong computer skills and working proficiency with hand held devices (Smartphone, iPad).
  • Successful candidate must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
  • High school diploma. (Post-secondary and/or related technical training and experience preferred.)
  • Must be currently eligible to work in Alberta.
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude are considered an asset for this position.
